4.4 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking — including your name, contact details, delivery address, and rental dates — is accurate and complete. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

- Excessive cleaning — if the cart is returned in an unreasonably soiled condition requiring professional cleaning beyond our standard process
5.4 Multi-Day and Extended Rentals
Custom pricing for multi-day or extended rentals may be available upon request and is subject to separate agreement at the time of booking.
6. Delivery and Pickup
6.1 Delivery
We will deliver your golf cart to your specified address on Paradise Island at the time agreed upon during the booking process. Delivery is provided free of charge to any hotel, resort, villa, Airbnb, vacation rental, or private residence on Paradise Island.
6.2 Your Responsibility at Delivery
At the time of delivery, you or an authorized representative must be present to receive the cart and make payment. You agree to inspect the cart at delivery and notify us immediately of any pre-existing damage or concerns. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may result in you being held responsible for that damage at the end of the rental period.
6.3 Pickup
At the end of your rental period, we will collect the golf cart from your location on Paradise Island. You are responsible for ensuring the cart is accessible and available for pickup at the agreed time and location. If your pickup location differs from your original delivery address, you must notify us in advance.
6.4 Delivery Area
Our delivery and pickup service covers Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. We do not currently offer delivery outside of Paradise Island. If you are unsure whether your accommodation falls within our service area, please contact us prior to booking.
7. Use of the Golf Cart
7.1 Permitted Use
The golf cart is provided exclusively for personal transportation on the roads and pathways of Paradise Island. You agree to use the cart in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner at all times.
7.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use the golf cart for any of the following:
- Off-road driving, beach driving, or driving on unpaved surfaces not suitable for golf carts
- Driving on highways or roads where golf carts are prohibited by local law
- Racing, reckless driving, or any activity that endangers passengers or other road users
- Transporting more passengers than the stated seating capacity of the cart
- Commercial purposes, including transporting paying passengers
- Towing or pulling any other vehicle, trailer, or object
- Operation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to drive safely
- Any illegal activity
7.3 Driver Requirements
Only the person named on the reservation — or another individual who meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3 and has been approved by us — may operate the golf cart. You are responsible for ensuring that any person who drives the cart during the rental period holds a valid driver’s license and is competent to do so safely.
7.4 Traffic Laws and Road Rules
Golf carts in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas are driven on the left side of the road. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and complying with all applicable local road rules, traffic laws, and signage. We accept no liability for fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from your failure to comply with local traffic regulations.
7.5 Passenger Safety
All passengers must remain seated inside the cart at all times while it is in motion. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We strongly recommend the use of common sense and caution when driving, particularly around pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users.
8. Fuel and Charging
Our golf carts are fully electric and will be delivered to you with a full charge. You are not required to recharge the cart during a standard day rental. For extended rentals, we will advise you on charging arrangements. You must not attempt to charge the cart using any method other than those approved by us.
9. Damage, Loss, and Liability
9.1 Your Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for the golf cart from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. This includes responsibility for:
- Any damage caused to the cart through misuse, negligence, or accident during the rental period
- Any damage caused to third-party property or vehicles by the cart during the rental period
- Loss of the cart or any of its components
9.2 Pre-Existing Damage
Any damage that existed on the cart prior to delivery will be noted and communicated to you at the time of delivery. You will not be held responsible for damage that was pre-existing and properly documented before the rental commenced.
9.3 Damage Assessment
In the event of damage occurring during the rental period, we will assess the cost of repair or replacement and communicate this to you. You agree to pay any such costs promptly. We reserve the right to seek compensation for the full cost of repair or replacement, including any loss of rental income during the repair period.
9.4 Accidents and Incidents
In the event of an accident, collision, or incident involving the golf cart, you must:
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and other parties involved
- Notify the relevant local authorities if required
- Contact us immediately by telephone to report the incident
- Not move the cart from the scene of an accident if doing so would compromise a legal or insurance process
9.5 Our Liability
We take every reasonable step to ensure that our golf carts are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from the use of the golf cart during the rental period
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your rental
- Our maximum liability to you in connection with any rental shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by you for that specific rental period
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence or gross misconduct.
10. Insurance
Our golf carts are not covered by personal injury or third-party liability insurance provided to the renter. You are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage you deem appropriate for your rental period. We strongly recommend that you check whether your existing travel insurance policy covers the operation of golf carts.
11. Cancellations and Modifications
11.1 Cancellations by You
We understand that travel plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we do not take upfront payment, there is no financial penalty for cancellations made in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future requests from you.
11.2 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the following circumstances:
- The requested cart is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control
- We have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements
- Safety or weather conditions make delivery inadvisable
- You have provided false or misleading information
In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative arrangement.
11.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
12. Website Use
12.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
12.2 Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns or disputes informally. We are committed to working with our customers in good faith to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any confirmed Rental Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradise Island Golf Cart Rentals with respect to your use of our website and rental services, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
